OR

You can apply and complete a construction-related apprenticeship, an employer-sponsored apprenticeship, a City and Guilds of London Institute Craft Certificate, or any other equivalent qualification approved by CSCS (Construction Skill Certification Scheme).

So this means that even if you are not having any NVQ you can still get a blue CSCS card.

What is CITB test?
